How to make wine

Last Wednesday, in the physics class, we do a try of making wine.

Miquela, de Phisics’ teacher, give us grapes and show us how to make it:
 First, we crushed the grapes and made it juice.
Then, we drained the grape juice, put it in the elenmeyer and waited for the fermentation.
If we did all correctly, in about three months, we will have wine.

 

Com fer vi

El darrer dimecres, a la clase de física i química, varen intentar fer vi.

Miquela, la professora de Fiq, m’hos va donar raïm i ens va mostrar com fer-ho:
Primer, triturare’m el raïm i fere’m suc
Després, colàrem el suc, el posàrem a l’ Elenmeyer i esperàrem a la fermentció.
Si varem fer tot be, en mes o menys tres mesos, tendrem vi més bo que el Rivera del Duero.
