Halloween party

Last Friday, the 4th of ESO class, helped by Soraya, Leiny, Tania and Cesia, made a Halloween party to collect money for the study trip. We prepared drawings for the youngest kids and a gymkhana for the older. We had little problems with the music, the money… but everything was fantastic, all the boys and girls enjoyed that. At the end, we organized a fashion show. We collected more than 400 euros!

El darrer divendres, la clase de 4t d’ ESO,  ajudats per Soraya, Leiny, Tania and Cesia, vàrem fer una festa de Halloween per recol·lectar doblers pel viatje  d’ estudis. Vàrem fer dibuixos per els més petits i una gimcana per als majors. Vàrem tenir petits problemes amb la música, el canvi... però tot va anar molt bé, tots els nins varen disfrutar. Al final, organitzàrem una desfilada de disfresses. Vàrem col·lectar més de 400 euros!

Gran Criança Sant Bonaventura

    

El 3 de octubre de 2012 los alumnos de física y química de 4º de ESO intentaron hacer vino casero.

En el pensamiento de todos los compañeros estaba la idea que el vino acabaría convirtiéndose en vinagre en vez de vino. Pero después de 21 días exactos los alumnos han ido a ver su gran y primera obra maestra pensando que había sido un fracaso pero se equivocaron. Ha sido todo un éxito, el vino tenía un gran aroma a fruta y un gran color.

Todo esto ha sido posible gracias a la profesora de física y química Miquela que en ningún momento tuvo la idea de que lo hacíamos mal.

El 3 d’Octubre de 2012 els alumnes de física i química de 4t d'ESO van provar a fer un experiment mai provat, el de fer vi casolà. El pensament de tots aquests alumnes era que el vi s'acabés convertint en vinagre en comptes de vi. Però després de 21 dies exactes els alumnes han anat a veure la seva gran i primera obra mestre pensant que havia estat un fracàs però es van equivocar, ha estat tot un èxit, el vi tenia un gran aroma a fruita i un gran color.

  Tot això ha estat possible gràcies a la professora de física i química Miquela que en cap moment va tenir la idea que ho fèiem malament.

The students of physics and chemistry of 4th ESO have tried an experiment. They have made homemade wine. The thought of all those students was that the wine will become vinegar instead of wine because the material obtained was not suitable for such experiments. But after 21 the students realized they were wrong.It has been a success. The wine has a great colour and a very fruity fragrance.

 All this has been possible thanks to the physics and chemistry teacher Miquelay who had never had the idea that we did somenthing wrong.

HALLOWEEN

Get ready because Halloween is coming.

This year the class of 4^th of ESO will do the best Halloween party ever. It will be spooky, scary, and terrifying. There are going to be activities, scary games and the best fritting songs ever.

If you want to participate in a competition of “who has got the scariest costume?” and “who has made the most difficult costume?”

If you like Halloween like we do, come the 26^th of October  from 20:30h to 23:00h to our party, it will be at the playground of the school, take some money because the ticket  costs 3,50€ with a drink included.

Prepárate porque Halloween está llegando.

Este año el curso de 4º de ESO hará la mejor fiesta que se haya echo jamás. Sera aterradora, escalofriante y tendrás más miedo que en toda tu vida. Habrá actividades, juegos y las mejores canciones de miedo.

Si queréis también podéis participar en la competición  “¿Quién tiene el disfraz que da mas miedo?” y “¿Quién a hecho el disfraz mas difícil?”

Si os gusta Halloween como a nosotros, venid el día 26 de Octubre desde las 20:30h hasta las 23:00h a nuestra fiesta, será en el patio del colegio, traed dinero porque la entrada cuesta 3,50€ más una consumición .

Sant Francesc

Sant Francesc va ser el dia 4 d’octubre. Varem fer una cadena de diferents colors  amb els nostres desitjos. Tots els cursos varen fer el mateix. Varem anar a l’església perque el frare ens va  donar un discurs sobre la celebració de Sant Francesc. Quant arribàrem a l’església vàrem  estar amb els cursos corresponents.

Tot seguit varem anar dues persones de cada curs a l’altar per deixar les cadenes i unirl-es. Després les varen penjar a les parets de l’esglesia. Va quedar bastant be. Tot seguit varen anar dues persones de cada curs a dir els seus desitjos. Finalment varen cantar una cançó.     

 

San Francisco was on October 4. We made a chain of different colors with our wishes .All courses did the same. We went to the church because the priest told us about the celebration of San Francisco. As everyone arrived at the church, they sat together with the different courses.

Then, two from each course went to the altar to make chains and join them. Then they  hung them on the walls of the church. It was pretty . Then two from each year  made a  wish . Finally they sang a song.

 

    

Bienvenida Rachel.

Le damos la bienvenida al curso 2012-2013 con el nuevo fichaje de una ayudante lingüística. Cada curso recibimos una nueva y mejor ayudante lingüística de inglés. Esta nueva incorporación se llama Rachel llegada de Inglaterra.

Rachel estará el próximo curso nuestro lado para demostrarnos que podemos hablar inglés bien y fácilmente. Nos enseñara las costumbres que tiene en su estado de Inglaterra y lo que ella hace en su tierra.

 

Welcome Rachel

We welcome the new term of  2012-2013 with a new English assistant teacher. Each course we get a new and better English language assistant. She is called Rachel and se comes from the England.

Rachel will be with us this term so we can show her we now haw to speak really good English. And she will show us what she does back over the England.

How to make wine

Last Wednesday, in the physics class, we do a try of making wine.

Miquela, de Phisics’ teacher, give us grapes and show us how to make it:
 First, we crushed the grapes and made it juice.
Then, we drained the grape juice, put it in the elenmeyer and waited for the fermentation.
If we did all correctly, in about three months, we will have wine.

 

Com fer vi

El darrer dimecres, a la clase de física i química, varen intentar fer vi.

Miquela, la professora de Fiq, m’hos va donar raïm i ens va mostrar com fer-ho:
Primer, triturare’m el raïm i fere’m suc
Després, colàrem el suc, el posàrem a l’ Elenmeyer i esperàrem a la fermentció.
Si varem fer tot be, en mes o menys tres mesos, tendrem vi més bo que el Rivera del Duero.

A trip around Europe / Un viatge per Europa

 1st and 3^rd of ESO  students are going to do a very interesting project in the English class: they are going to do a blog with ten European countries: Portugal, Romania, Greece, Germany, France, Poland, Italy, Ukraine and Chequia.

This blog is going to be used to communicate with these countries and show how is Arta, Capdepera and the most visited places in Mallorca. Our students will make video conferences and chats with the students of these European countries. This project is directed by our English teacher Yasmin Aloy.

Els alumnes de 1er i 3er d’ ESO estàn preparant un interessant projecte: estan treballant en un bloc amb deu països europeus: Portugal, Romania, Grècia, Alemanya, França, Polònia, Itàlia, Ucraïna i Chèquia.

Aquest bloc serà utilitzat per comunicar-nos amb aquests països i mostrar com és Artà, Capdepera i els llocs més visitats de Mallorca. Els nostros alumnes podran fer videoconferències i xats amb els alumnes d’aquests països europeus. Aquest projecte està dirigit per la nostra professora d’ anglès Yasmin Aloy.
